Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared with care before dispatch. Available delivery services, estimated delivery windows and shipping charges are shown at checkout for the destination entered.

Order processing

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when the parcel leaves our facility. Processing times can vary during new releases, high-volume periods and public holidays.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes applied by the destination country. These costs are not included unless stated at checkout.

Delivery accuracy

Please check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately through the Contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.

Delays or missing parcels

Carrier delays can occur outside our control. If tracking has not updated or a parcel appears lost, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate with the carrier.
